Does Live Support mean a Chat Room?
No way! I can’t stand Chat Rooms and Email Support, so I would never offer it to my clients. Instead, I provide Online Video Meetings with screen share capabilities, so we can work on things together. The program includes a minimum one hour session a week. However, if you would like to meet more often, that can be arranged. I provide “Old School” customer service, where local, phone and video support is still practiced. A great question. Guided support programs though, are dependent on the individual receiving the guidance. Fear not, I have not lost one person yet! Between the one-hour meeting we will have once a week by video or in-person, for One-on-One guided support. Also included, are helpful worksheets, tools and apps to help us both develop effective content for your website.
