I can say with the utmost of confidence, I provide an unprecedented warranty period of 90 days! That’s right, it is hard to believe. However, I will go to any length to show my clients that I stand behind the work I do. There are reasonable exceptions to my 90-day warranty, so be sure you read through this page.
What the warranty covers
All digital and print projects are covered with Unet Design’s 90-day warranty, excluding Unet Design’s Do-It-Yourself-with Pro-Guidance programs. For digital projects, the warranty period is ninety (90) days, and begins at the time final edits for the digital project have been completed. The warranty covers the work developed by Darren Elliott, and/or Unet Design. However, the 90-day warranty will not cover third-party applications such as; widgets, plug-ins, and/or subscriptions (refer below to What about a warranty for third party applications and subscriptions? ) .

- Warranty is only valid during the time your project is in production with UNet Design. This warranty excludes coverage for any third-parties, including, but not limited to; printers, outside technical support, and delivery services.Important note:
* Our print design warranty does not cover the printing process. Prior to printing, you will receive a test print that will require your approval for the project to be printed.
* Any modifications done by anyone other than an authorized Unet Design Team member will NOT be covered by any provision of Unet Design’s warranty.
* Unet Design’s 90-day warranty only applies to digital design work such as web design, programming and site optimization projects.
What can void out my warranty?
During the first ninety (90) days (the entire length of coverage), it is agreed that the Client will not have any individual, or team modify the site until the warranty has expired. If records show that someone other than an assigned and authorized Unet Design team member has worked on the site, the warranty will be considered null and void. In these instances, a one-hour assessment fee of $125 will be charged to the Client, and the services rendered to resolve the issue will be billed at $75/hr for template site repairs, and $89/hr for custom site designs and e-commerce site platforms.
What about warranty coverage for existing sites?
Existing sites (sites that were not developed by Unet Design) will be warranted the ninety (90) day coverage, but will ONLY cover the work performed by Unet Design. Any site revisions done to an existing site will be tested prior to launch, to find any errors or malfunctions, and will be covered for a period of ninety (90) days. If however, records show that someone other than an assigned, authorized Unet Design team member has worked on the site, the warranty will be considered void. At which time, a one hour assessment fee of $125 will be charged to the Client, in addition to any services rendered to resolve the issue will be billed at $75/hr for template site repairs, and $89/hr for custom site designs and e-commerce site platforms.
